Carolines on Broadway is a venue for stand-up comedy located in Times Square in New York City on Broadway between 49th and 50th Street. It is one of the most established, famous, and recognized stand-up comedy clubs in the United States. Its marketing slogan is "America's Premiere Comedy Nightclub." Many of the top headliners in the U.S.

New York City’s Best Comedy Showcase The Industry Room is a comedy show that offers comedians the opportunity for industry exposure and professional development. Each show is attended by the main club booker of the Broadway Comedy Club as well as the club’s New Talent Director. After the show, the club booker will give you personal, one-on-one feedback on your set. Each show is also attended by a respected Manager, Agent or Casting Director. One comic from each show is selected for a 1-2 month residency at Broadway Comedy Club.

The Upright Citizens Brigade is Matt Besser, Amy Poehler, Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh. The 'UCB4' produced their own sketch show, 'Upright Citizens Brigade,' for three seasons on Comedy Central from 1998-2000. During the success of the TV show, UCB opened the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and Improvisational and Sketch Comedy Training Center in New York City. In 2005, UCB expanded and opened the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre Los Angeles and began offering UCB Training Center classes on the west coast.
